Shipping & returns

Shipping to Canada:

We ship all over Canada. Even way up north. All shipments are sent off from Montreal, Quebec. We prefer shipping with Canada Post, but we also use Purolator depending on how fast you want your order and/or your location. Usualy orders are shipped out withing 1-2 days, depending on time of order. If you want your order faster, please call us beforehand to discuss an action plan to get your order to you asap. Shipping prices are calculated depending on weight of package. Ice screws are very heavy. Just 1 box of 500 screws, with dimension of 6"x6"x6" weighs 10lbs. Shipping isn't that cheap. but we do our best to get you the best possible shipping price.

Shipping to USA

All orders to the USA and sent out from New York State. So you don't need to worry about any customs Fees, brokerage Fees and delays. All orders are shipped with USPS, unless you need the order faster.

Shipping International

All International orders are sent out from the USA. To avoid shipping cost surprises, please contact us first before ordering to get a shipping quote. We ship to most Europeen countries and the Russian Federation.
